Telegram bot for agencies
After verification, agency staff connect to the @edem_redaktor_bot bot and use it to manage the agency’s listing and tours on edem. Several staff members can be connected. Everything an agency sends is reviewed by edem.
With the bot you can
- Add tours and last-minute tours: country, departure dates, nights, price, hotels, validity and a photo.
- Confirm every day that your tours are still valid, change prices and dates, or remove a tour from the site.
- Update your listing: logo, office photos, phone, opening hours, website and social media, description, services and countries.
- Message the edem moderator, for example to correct your name or address.
The bot itself
- Reminds you about your tours at a time that suits you (every day at 10:00 by default).
- Tells you when a tour or edit is published, and gives the reason if it is rejected.
- Marks a tour as “Last-minute” when departure is soon. Last-minute tours are posted in edem’s Telegram channels @edem_hot_ru and @edem_hot_uz.
- Removes tours the agency has not confirmed for a long time, so travelers do not see outdated prices.
How to connect

- Choose your agency, type your name and role, and tap “Share my number”.
- If the number matches the agency’s number on the maps, its website or its Telegram channel posts, you are connected right away. Otherwise we verify by phone and send you a code.

How much does a listing cost?
An agency listing is free. If advertising appears, it will be clearly labeled and will not affect the edem index.
My agency is not on the site. How do I add it?
Click “Add a new agency” and leave the name, district or address, a link to the agency listing on Google Maps, Yandex Maps or 2GIS, and a phone number. We will check the agency by its listing and add it to the catalog, usually within 1–2 business days.
How can an agency raise its rating level?
Only through customer ratings on Google, Yandex Maps and 2GIS: ask happy customers to leave a review on the maps. Paid placements on edem are labeled “Ad” and do not change the rating level.
Where does your data about my agency come from?
From open sources: the agency’s listings on Google, Yandex Maps and 2GIS, its website, its public Telegram channel and the tour operator register.
How can I correct or remove the data?
Submit a request on this page. After verification you can correct the contacts, description and destinations through the edem Telegram bot, or ask us to hide the listing.
How do tours get onto the site?
We read the agency’s public Telegram channel and show posts with a price and destination, linking to the original. After verification, you can also add tours and deals yourself through the edem Telegram bot.
